"5 stars to my account rep, Joshua Veliz! I'd give 500 if I could. Josh's assistance has been indispensable. He has extensive knowledge of State Farm policy, including niche subjects most agents never encounter, and navigates complex circumstances with ease and a calm demeanor. He is just as adept with the interpersonal side of his job as he is with the technical: thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely committed to his clients. As a digital nomad, my insurance needs are unusual. I don't have a traditional home address, which means my garaging address changes regularly. Rather than treating this as a headache, Josh handled it with complete competence, knowing exactly what State Farm's policies required and making sure I was always correctly covered and in compliance. When a complicated situation arose that required urgent attention, Josh immediately took the lead the same morning he came back from vacation and resolved everything. He went above and beyond in every direction: communicating on my behalf, advocating fiercely for me, and ensuring the best resolution. The detail, care, and advocacy he brought to this truly moved me. If you want an agent who knows his stuff, treats you like a person, and comes through every time, Josh is your guy. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I may be the first person in history to have enjoyed the process of signing up for car insurance, and that is entirely thanks to Josh."

"I've been with this Dough Steiner's office of State Farm for years. If they opened in 2006, it's possible I've been a customer for 20 years. They've been incredibly good to me throughout the years. I've had multiple cars covered and rental insurance at one point. They've always been easy to communicate with, helped give me options to keep my bill low, and have never had any unreasonable spikes in prices or fees. Every person I've spoken to over the phone has always been very friendly, patient, and helpful. Would definitely recommend!"
